Lettings in North Wiltshire

Fielder & Jones manages a wide variety of rental properties in the North Wiltshire area, ranging from one bedroom town centre flats to large family homes in the countryside. We offer a full management or letting-only service for U.K. resident and non-resident Landlords, providing informed and confidential advice on all aspects of the rental market.

Fielder and Jones is a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. If there is ever any question about how a deposit is used at end of a Tenancy it will be resolved independently, swiftly and fairly by The Dispute Service Ltd.

Landlords

If you are considering letting your property we can offer an initial meeting, with no obligation, to advise on the best way of presenting your property to the market; the practical and legal implications of being a Landlord; the level of rent to expect; the service you require and our terms and conditions of business.

Tenants

When applying for a tenancy of any of our advertised properties a Holding Deposit equivalent to one week’s rent be required to reserve the property whilst the references are being processed; this will become part of the security deposit if and when the Tenancy commences. If the Landlord decides not to proceed with the Tenancy when the referencing process is completed, the Holding Deposit will be returned to the applicant(s).
The Holding Deposit is non-refundable if the applicant decides to cancel the application once the referencing process has commenced.

Any other charges, during or at the end of the Tenancy, will be in accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
